Before Intake Starts

A full refund is available before intake begins and before any audit work has started.

After Intake Starts

After intake begins, refunds are discretionary because delivery work has started. If scope cannot be completed as purchased, MCPScan may offer a revised scope, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Scope Mismatch

If the requested review exceeds the purchased package, work pauses until the customer approves a scope change, add-on, or refund path.

Unsafe Materials

If a customer submits secrets, production credentials, or materials that cannot be safely reviewed, MCPScan may pause intake and ask for sanitized replacements before work begins.

Timing

Delivery timelines begin after intake materials are complete, not at the moment of payment.
